Within the framework of the project, Jica will install measuring equipment and monitoring systems in Phu My 3 Industrial Park, including investing in 20 sets of consumption measurement, power conservation, decarbonization and 20 sets of clean water consumption. , utilizing sludge and wastewater treatment systems. The project is expected to be completed within 48 months.

BR-VT province currently has 15 industrial parks with a total area of ​​over 8,492 hectares. Among them, there are 13 industrial parks in operation with a total area of ​​more than 7,242 hectares, with an occupancy rate of more than 65% of the industrial parks with completed infrastructure construction. Besides, the province currently also has 14 industrial clusters, with a total area of ​​484.36 hectares; is planning 2 new industrial park clusters with a total area of ​​82.7 hectares. By 2030, the whole province will have 23 industrial parks and 16 industrial park clusters with up to 13,969 hectares. Many large projects from Thailand, Korea, the United States, Canada, Japan… invest and operate in industrial parks.
Mr. Le Viet Phuc, Deputy Director of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, explained that building a model industrial park means that the industrial parks will be upgraded to approach the international goal of institutionalized sustainable ecological industrial development. in BR-VT province. As the southern economic corridor, BR-VT has a convenient transportation network.
